Resistance and therapy failure are often limitations to achieve the most objective in eye cancer like local tumor control/metastasis, eye prevention. A comprehensive special issue regarding this topic will improve the discussion and the ocular oncology care. Therefore, the editors designed a composition of clinical and basic research reviews and welcome original research articles, which build up a relevance by displaying the up to date knowledge and showing the conduction of this by the submitted manuscript. Most respected are contributions, which are related to the clinical dilemma of therapy failure.
